The equipment is used for cladding the inner wall of large diameter pipes. The welding torch is fixed and the turntable drives the workpiece to rotate. The welding efficiency is 70% compared with the original single tungsten electrode cladding. The system is equipped with an HMI touch screen controller, a workpiece servo turntable and a cross-operator. It is easy to operate, and the control accuracy and repeatability of process equipment are improved.
