This system is specially designed for welding on the inner walls of valves and pipe fittings. It is suitable for workpieces made of carbon steel, stainless steel and other metal and alloy materials, and can be used for welding on their sealing surfaces and outer surfaces. Suitable for workpieces with a diameter of 40-2000m and a weight not exceeding 15000kg. The system is equipped with a servo cross slider, HMI touch screen controller, workpiece servo turntable and cross manipulator. It is easy to operate, has high control accuracy and process repeatability.

The equipment is used for cladding the inner wall of the pipeline. The workpiece is horizontally mounted on the welding chuck and driven to rotate by the turntable. Two uniquely designed inner wall cladding guns are spaced at a certain horizontal distance and supported by two parallel steel wire ropes tightened on the welding machine. The horizontal drive mechanism drives the welding gun to move inside the pipeline to complete the welding trajectory. Automatic hot wire TIG cladding is achieved through the linkage control of the welding power supply, hot wire power supply and welding machine. The equipment consists of welding power supply, hot wire welding power supply, wire feeding system, external high-frequency module, welding machine body, double inner wall cladding guns, electrical control system and water cooling system, welding arc observation system, and safety assistance.
