The system is equipped with HMI touch screen controller, workpiece servo turntable and cross operating machine. It is easy to operate, has high control accuracy and process repeatability.

The equipment is used for surfacing welding of the inner hole surface and shallow groove of steam turbine valves. During welding, the workpiece position is fixed, and the ETR infinitely rotating welding head (no need to consider cable winding) rotates to drive the welding gun for circular welding. The internal surface of the valve can be repaired online without removing the valve.
