2. Cooperation Highlights 

Runzhi adopted portable automated cladding equipment for on-line repair of power valve sealing  surfaces, eliminating the need to dismantle valves from pipelines. 

Technical Breakthroughs: 

➢ On-Site Cladding Process: 

Equipment Fixation: Magnetic base clamps securely onto valve bodies, enabling stable welding  without disassembly. 

Rotational Welding Torch: Automatically rotates 360° around the sealing surface, depositing Inconel  alloy cladding with ±0.1mm precision. 

➢ Operational Benefits: Cost Savings: Reduces repair time by 70% compared to traditional off-site repair  Extended Valve Life: Cladded sealing surfaces resist high-pressure steam erosion and corrosion,  extending valve lifespan by 2-3 times.
